Slow Yoga Flow & Sound Bath

Join us after the group run at 8:00am for a Slow Yoga Flow + Sound Bath session designed especially for runners — a chance to recover, restore, and reset after the group run.

 

We'll move through slow, accessible yoga flows to release tension in the hips, hamstrings, calves, and low back while improving mobility, breath awareness, and recovery. Then we'll settle into deep relaxation with a restorative sound bath to calm the nervous system and help the body fully absorb the work.

 

Perfect for runners looking to enhance recovery, prevent injury, and build a more sustainable, balanced approach to training.
