At KINDRED RUNNING, our mission is to help every customer find the perfect shoe for their needs. As a run specialty brand, we understand that finding the right fit often takes a little testing. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all full-price running shoes purchased from our in-store inventory.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Timeframe:

Returns: Accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Exchanges: Accepted within 90 days of the original purchase date.
Item Condition:

Shoes: Must be clean and in re-sellable condition. We will not accept shoes with visible outsole wear, stains on the upper, or any damage to any part of the shoe.

Apparel & Accessories: Must be unworn with original tags attached and free from any odors or damage.

Final Sale Items: Clearance or marked-down items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Special Orders: Final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Nutrition & Hydration Products: Cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and storage concerns.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
Original Packaging: Must have original box and packaging materials.
How to Return or Exchange
In-Store Purchases:

Online Purchases:

Contact us via phone or email within 30 days of your purchase.

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

Once we receive and inspect the items, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Exceptions & Special Cases
Defective Items: We evaluate defects on a case-by-case basis—even beyond 30 days. Examples of qualifying defects may include:

Detached or uneven outsole or midsole bonding

Broken eyelets or lace loops

Incorrectly glued components

Warped shape affecting fit and performance
Satisfaction Concerns: If your shoes aren’t performing as expected (e.g., improper fit, discomfort, blistering, or feel issues), please visit us for a re-fit or exchange within the allowed window.
